Returns

If you are not please with your rug, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund as long as the rug is returned to us undamaged. Please contact us at 1-888-546-7534 or orders@rugsmystique.net before returning any rug so that we can provide you with return instructions. There is no restocking fee; all you pay for is return shipping.

If your rug appears damaged when you receive your order, please contact us immediately at 1-888-546-7534 or orders@rugsmystique.net. We will work with you to assist you in returning the damaged merchandise and replacing it.
