What are our rugs made of?
Our Traditional Collection rugs are 100 percent polypropylene. Stain resistant and color fast, this fiber feels like wool and is soft to the touch. Rugs from our Contemporary Collection are heat-set Olefin. Olefin fibers are solution-dyed — the color runs all the way through the fiber. It will not fade — even in direct sunlight.

Will the colors and patterns look exactly like the photos online?
We do our best to make sure that our rugs are depicted as accurately as possible. However, colors on computer monitors vary greatly, and it is impossible to exactly portray colors from a three-dimensional rug in a digital photo. (Trust us, the real thing looks much, much better!) Rug designs also change slightly as the size of the rug increases; large rugs typically have wider, more detailed borders and centers than small rugs. Most of the rugs shown on our website are approximately 8' x 10', and smaller rugs and runners may have a slightly less detailed version of the pattern. If you are not happy with your rug when you receive it, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund.

Absolutely. All of our rugs are guaranteed new and first-quality, and each shipment is inspected before we send it to you.
